Nagaland: Tenyidie language campaign held at Razeba

Kohima, March 18 (EMN): With the objective to promote Tenyidie language, a campaign programme was held at Razeba town in Phek district on March 18.

The Tenyidie language campaign was organised by Ura Academy, in collaboration with Tenyidie department of the Nagaland University, Kohima campus at Meriema on the theme "Importance of mother language."

Resource persons were Dr. Khrüvolü Keyho, assistant professor of Tenyidie department at Nagaland University, and Dr. Metseilhouthie Mor, president of Ura Academy Rüpfhünuo.

Short speech was delivered Meteitoulie Talie, president of Tenyidie Kephroünuoko Krotho (TKK), while the programme was chaired by Dr. Khrüvolü Keyho and the vote of thanks was delivered Kikruneinuo Liezietsu, advisor of TKK and moderator of Tenyidie language campaign.

Representatives from Razeba Public Organisation (RPO) along with teachers and students attended the programme.

The report on Razeba Tenyidie Learning Centre (RTLC) was presented by Arele Sakhamo, Tenyidie teacher of Ura Academy.
