Nagaland taekwondo players to compete in national championship

Dimapur, Nov. 2 (EMN): Taekwondo players from Nagaland will be participating at the 35th Senior National Taekwondo Championship, scheduled to be held from November 23 to 26th this year at Jammu.
The Nagaland Taekwondo Association (NTA) issued a press release on Thursday informing ‘all gold medal winners in Boy’s category at the recently concluded 30th NTA Meet’ to report for coaching-cum-selections starting from November 6 at Indira Gandhi Stadium (IGS), Kohima.
The NTA said that it will take part in the forthcoming Nagaland Mini Olympics scheduled from December 14 to 19 at Dimapur and also participate in the North East Taekwondo Championship, which will be held at Guwahati from December 19 to 21.
In this connection, the Nagaland Taekwondo Association called upon all the taekwondo players to ‘gear up and prepare themselves for the two important events coming up next month’.
