Nagaland: SHG Rural Mart inaugurated at Pfutsero

[caption id="attachment_260012" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Dignitaries pose for a photograph during the inauguration of Vekuhu SHG Rural Mart on July 12 at Pfutsero.[/caption]   Kohima, July 12 (EMN): Vekuhu SHG Rural Mart, initiated by Chakhesang Women Welfare Society (CWWS) as promotional institution and sponsored by NABARD, was inaugurated on July 12 by Abeinuo Jasmine Ashau, EAC, Sakraba, at Mission Compound, Pfutsero. Vekuhu SHG Rural Mart is the first rural mart in Nagaland run by SHG. The mart aims to promote local produces which are to be collected from different SHGs and Joint Liability Groups. Earlier, a brief note on rural mart was highlighted by Vechulou Kanuo, executive director of CWWS. Imsunaro, DDM, NABARD Phek, also spoke on the occasion and the vote of thanks was proposed by Punesalű Chuzho.
