Nagaland Shaolin Kung-Fu players shine at national tournament
DIMAPUR — The All Nagaland Shaolin Kung-Fu Association (ANSKA) has informed that it players who represented Nagaland at the national tournament held at KD Singh Babu Stadium, Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, from September 18 to the 22nd, won several medals.
According to ANSKA, the players from Nagaland who won medals include Namlang Zeliang – bronze (junior), Avisa Suokhrie – bronze (senior), Neli Dominic – silver (senior), Joel D Rai- silver (junior), Kivishe P Swu – silver (senior), Abdul Aziz – bronze (senior) and Suma Meitei – silver (junior).
The team was led by Master Dr. Ruokuo John Sorunuo, coach Master Dr. David Keneingutuo Sorunuo and manager Master Dr. Meyiesielie Albert Sorunuo.
