Nagaland records two new Covid cases; tally stands 12072

Dimapur, Jan. 22 (EMN):
Nagaland recorded five recoveries and two new Covid-19 cases on Friday, taking the state's tally to 12,072.

According to information provided by the Health department, the state current has 104 active cases, out of which 87 are asymptomatic, 11 mild, four moderate on oxygen, and two severe on oxygen. It also recorded 11,738 recoveries and 88 deaths, out of which 10 have been ruled 'not Covid-related'.

In terms of district-wise distribution of active Covid cases, Kohima leads with 50 cases, followed by Dimapur-42, Mokokchung-11 and Mon-1, while Kiphire, Longleng, Peren, Phek, Tuensang, Wokha and Zunheboto have zero cases.
