Nagaland records 5 new Covid cases; tally stands at 12125

Dimapur, Feb. 5 (EMN): Five Covid-19 positive cases were recorded in Nagaland on Friday, taking the state’s tally to 12125.

According to the information provided by the Health department, five Covid-19 cases were detected from Kohima.

The Health department updated that Nagaland currently has 68 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 59 are asymptomatic, six mild and three moderate on oxygen. The state has also recorded 11,821 recoveries and 88 deaths, out of which 10 are ‘not Covid-related’.

In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima leads with 37 cases, followed by Dimapur-28, Peren-2 and Tuensang-1, while Mokokchung, Kiphire, Longleng, Wokha, Phek, Mon and Zunheboto have zero cases.
