Nagaland records 3 Covid-19 cases, 5 recoveries

Dimapur, Dec. 13 (EMN):
Nagaland recorded a three fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, taking the tally to 32, 158, while active caseload reclined to 99 following recuperation of five patients.

The state’s cumulative recoveries have increased to 30,292, while the death toll remained unchanged at 683 with no fatalities reported in the last24 hours.

According to an update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, one each positive cases were reported in Dimapur, Mokokchung and Zunheboto, while three patients in Dimapur and one each in Kiphire and Kohima recovered.

Out of 99 active cases in the state, 80 are asymptomatic, 16 mild, one severe on oxygen and two in ICU on ventilator.

In terms of distribution of active cases, Dimapur has 75, 17 in Kohima and seven in Mokokchung, while Wokha, Kiphire, Peren, Phek, Mon, Tuensang, Zunheboto and Longleng is currently Covid-free.
