Nagaland records 15 fresh Covid-19 cases, no deaths

Dimapur, Oct. 13 (EMN): Nagaland reported 15 new Covid-19 cases — nine in Dimapur and six in Kohima — on Wednesday, taking the tally to 31,507, while active caseload declined to 238 after the recuperation of 23 patients.
The state’s total recoveries have increased to 29,580 while the death toll remained unchanged at 658 with no fresh fatalities in the last 24 hours.
The update from the department of Health and Family Welfare informed that out of the 23 recoveries, 17 were in Dimapur, four in Mokokchung and one each in Kohima and Longleng.
Out of the 238 active cases in the state, 165 are asymptomatic, 55 mild, two moderate on oxygen, 12 severe on oxygen, two in ICU without ventilator, and two in ICU on ventilator. Dimapur accounts for 128 of these infections, Kohima- 55, Mokokchung- 24, Kiphire- 2, Mon- 3, Peren- 2, Phek- 9, Tuensang- 12, Wokha- 3, while Longleng and Zunheboto have no cases.
