Nagaland records 114 new Covid-19 cases, 101 of them in Dimapur

Dimapur, April 24 (EMN): A total of 114 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Nagaland on Saturday, pushing the number of active cases in the state to 555.
The Minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, updated that 101 fresh Covid-19 were detected in Dimapur, seven in Phek, four in Kohima and two in Mokokchung in the last 24 hours.

Out of the total active cases in the state, 473 are asymptomatic, 64 mild, 14 moderate on oxygen and four severe on oxygen. Dimapur accounts for 401 of these cases, Kohima – 124, Mokokchung – 13, Phek 10, Longleng – 4, and one each in Peren, Tuensang and Wokha.
The state has also registered 13003 Covid-19 cases, 12117 recoveries and 95 deaths, out of which 10 have been ruled “not Covid-related”, while three are under investigation.
