DIMAPUR — Till the penultimate day of the ongoing 40th Nagaland Police Duty-cum-Sports Meet at NAPTC Stadium, Chümoukedima, over 2,029 participants from 34 units competed in 5 game disciplines and 10 duty items.
According to an update, there were 154 medals and 39 trophies to be won. Events in all the game disciplines and duty items have been completed, and the results have been declared.

The drill competition will be a feature of the closing ceremony to be held on November 20, where the 15th Mahila NAP (IR), 12th NAP (IR), and 5th NAP will compete for the prestigious trophy.
In the overall medal tally, which will determine the overall champion, the 1st NAP and 12th NAP (IR) are in contention for this edition of the Nagaland Police Duty-cum-Sports Meet.
The closing ceremony will be held at the NAPTC ground on November 20 at 2:30 pm, in which Sharingain Longkumer, Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, will attend as the special guest.
