Nagaland: NHHDC to hold handloom expo

Dimapur, Sep. 27 (EMN): Nagaland Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd (NHHDC), Dimapur, will be organising a special handloom expo at Mon town from October 25 to November 7. The expo is being sponsored by the office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, New Delhi. Informing this in a press release, the managing director K Hokishe Assumi has directed interested co-operative societies, NGOs, apex societies, SHGs etc. To apply to the Project Cell, NHHDC Ltd, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur, along with the copy of  details address, mobile number, bank account No. with IFSC code of the participants on or before October 22 during office hour. He stated that the event will be purely for handlooms sector, adding no participants with handicrafts products would be allowed. He further stated that stalls would be provided free of cost with lump sum daily allowances/ freight charges.
