Job Fair in Dimapur today
DIMAPUR — Ministry of Labour and Employment (DGE), National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled-Dimapur, National Career Service Centre for SC/ST, Kohima, along with District Employment Exchange, Dimapur, will organise ‘Job Fair’ on June 22 at the office of District Employment Exchange, Dimapur, near Zion Hospital Junction, Purana Bazaar, from 9 am to 4 pm.
NSRLM conducts campaign in Dhansiripar block
Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) conducted a campaign on promoting digital transaction at gram panchayat level in Dhansiripar and Manglamukh villages under Dhansiripar Rural Development block on June 20 and 21 respectively. The campaign was conducted to create awareness and promote transactions on a digital platform through DigiPay/ BC Sakhis. It was attended by SHG members, NSRLM staff and village council members. It informed that Leena Rajiyung and Sushila Haflongbar (both SHG members) are working as a Digipay Sakhi and BC Sakhi respectively. They have even conducted door-to-door visit to the vulnerable population especially pensioners, BLP, disabled etc.
Patton, Nagaland House Delhi condole demise
Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton, has condoled the demise of Dr. Arti Srivastava, mother of Jyoti Kalash, additional chief secretary and chief resident commissioner of Nagaland House, New Delhi. Patton has described Arti as a woman of extraordinary qualities, who balanced the family and professional life and added that her legacy would continue to inspire others. He has conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members. In another statement, officers and staff of Nagaland House, New Delhi, have condoled the demise of Arati Srivastava and conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed to the Almighty God to grant them strength and solace to bear with the loss.
