State to observe Civil Services Day Along with the rest of the country, State Government will be observing the Civil Services Day on April 21 at ATI in Kohima, with Chief Minister, Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietsu as chief guest for the inaugural programme. Opening remarks to be given by Chief Secretary, Pankaj Kumar, IAS while Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner, R.B. Thong, IAS will deliver welcome speech. Inaugural session will be followed by technical session where the key departments are expected to give presentation. VYO 72nd general session Viswema Youth Organization (VYO) will be holding its 72nd general session on April 22, 10 a.m. at Viswema Council Hall, with MLA, Er. Kropol Vitsu as speaker. All the youths have been requested to attend the programme positively. Kikramia monolith unveiling ceremony The Dia-u & Cakiezo Kikramia of Mezoma village will be unveiling the monolith at Rüzieju, Mezoma Village on April 22 at 11 a.m. The occasion will also celebrate the completion of Tourist Resort Road and Watchtower at Sovinotsiekha constructed by Kikramia. All the members, children of Dia-u & Cakiezo (DC) Kikramia and well wishers have been invited to the programme. LDYO annual picnic Lamhai Dungki Youth Organisation (LDYO) will be organising an annual picnic on April 22 at Haikiepeiram Hill, with Masangum Hiekha, PS to DAN Chairman & Advisor Finance as chief host. All the youth members of the community have been asked to be present during the formal programme. NNC/FGN joint meeting Naga national Council (NNC) and Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) will be holding a joint meeting on April 24, 10 .am. TPC Kohima, Nagaland. All the central, regional authorities and eligible Naga Army officers of NNC/FGN have been requested to attend positively. FGAN biannual general meeting Forestry Graduate’s Association of Nagaland (FGAN) has convened its biannual general meeting on April 29, 11 a.m. at KIDIMA 2nd Share Hall Kohima town, below Mezhiir Higher Secondary School, Kohima.
