Nagaland: NCC cadets donate hand wash, face masks to youth volunteers

NCC cadets with Pfuchama village youth leaders during the handing over of hand wash and face masks on Wednesday.

Dimapur, July 8 (EMN): Associate of National Cadet Corps (NCC) officers and NCC cadets of 1 Nagaland Girls’ Battalion NCC under the aegis of NCC Group-Kohima/NER contributed 200 bottles (200 ml each) of handmade hand wash and 200 face masks to youth volunteers of Pfuchama, the adopted village of Little Flower Higher Secondary School in Kohima, a sub-unit of NCC on Wednesday.

Ersilia Chaste, associate NCC officer of LFHSS, Moawati Ao, PI staff of 1 NL Girls’ Bn NCC-Kohima and SGT Sungjemmenla Jamir, a cadet of LFHSS visited the village for the task, an update informed.

Savilhou Dino, chairman of Pfuchama and Keneiteiso Seletsu, president of Pfuchama Youth Society, and his colleagues received the items and expressed gratitude to the cadets for their good gesture.
