Dimapur, July 20 (EMN): Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton, along with Health minister S Pangnyu Phom and PHED minister, Jacob Zhimomi have tested negative three consecutive times for Covid-19.
A Health official informed Eastern Mirror that the deputy CM along with the two legislators were under institutional quarantine, when the second tests done in Dimapur returned negative.
The first test was done in New Delhi following reports of a driver from Nagaland House Delhi testing positive.
“Since they have to resume their duties, they have been discharged from institutional quarantine after the third test returned negative,” the Health official informed, adding that the legislators even though discharged, will be maintaining SOP.
