Nagaland Madrigal Singers to represent India at 13th World Choir Games
DIMAPUR — Nagaland Madrigal Singers is all set to represent India at the prestigious 13th World Choir Games (WCG) scheduled to be held at Auckland in New Zealand from July 10 till the 20th.
Nagaland Chief Minister on Friday updated on X: “The Nagaland Madrigal Singers called on me. I am happy to know that they will be representing India in the 13th World Choir Games at Auckland, New Zealand from July 10-20, 2024. I wish them the best and hope they bring laurels to the country, and make us proud.”

Nagaland Madrigal Singers, founded in the year 2023, is one of the major choral group based in Dimapur.
Established in the year 2000, World Choir Games is one of the largest choral festival and competition on the globe and has been called the ‘Olympics of choral singing’.
According to New Zealand Choral Federation, WCG is renowned for its ability to bring together all nations and cultures in a joyful celebration of creativity, diversity, friendship and peace.
