Kohima, Feb. 19 (EMN): The Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) passed the Appropriation (No.4) Bill, 2021, authorising the state government to withdraw INR 22816.61 crore from and out of the consolidated fund of the state for the financial year 2021-22
The Bill was passed by the house on the last day of the seventh session of 13th NLA, after opposition members sought clarifications to two demands for grants during cut motions.
Thus, the budget passed for financial year 2021-22 stands at INR 22816.61 crore.
The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the consolidated fun of the state by the act should be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed in the scheduled in relation to FY ending, March 2022, it added.
