Nagaland House New Delhi bids farewell to outgoing CRC
DIMAPUR — Nagaland House, New Delhi, bade farewell to the outgoing additional chief secretary and chief resident commissioner (CRC), Jyoti Kalash, during a programme held at the conference hall of NH, New Delhi, 29 Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road, on Friday.
Speaking at the programme, the resident commissioner of Nagaland House, New Delhi, Wennyei Konyak, lauded Jyoti Kalash for his patience and calm in dealing with many tough situations and thanked him for working for the welfare of the state. He also appreciated his humility and for being approachable by all for any kind of help.
Also speaking at the programme, the deputy director of IPR and senior public relations officer of NH New Delhi, Kuolie Mere, thanked Jyoti Kalash for his sincere contribution towards helping the Naga people living not just in the capital but also other parts of the country.
In his farewell speech, Jyoti Kalash recalled his years of serving the country especially the state. He expressed gratitude to his staff and the people of the state for their love and affection.
Expressing his happiness on retiring in good health, Jyoti Kalash stressed on the importance of physical fitness to enjoy life. He further stated that he is retiring with very good memories of Nagaland.
The farewell function was chaired by Wennyei Konyak, while a song was presented by the staff of NH New Delhi.
