Nagaland has more than 3.3 lakh registered vehicles

Kohima, Aug. 14 (EMN): Nagaland state has a total of 3,39,529 registered vehicles as on July 1, 2020, according to the information provided by the minister of Transport, Civil Aviation and Railway, P Paiwang Konyak, during the sixth session of the 13th NLA on Thursday.

Konyak was responding to an unstarred question out up opposition MLA Chotisuh Sazo.

Konyak stated that a total of 91 Nagaland State Transport (NST) are in service in Nagaland.

The total number of NST bus services in each district, according to Konyak, is 27 in Dimapur, 21 in Kohima, 10 in Zunheboto, nine each in Mokokchung and Phek, six in Wokha, five in Tuensang, four bus and one city bus in Mon, four in Longleng, three in Kiphire and two in Peren.
