Nagaland Governor RN Ravi and Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio extend Holi greetings

Dimapur, March 28 (EMN): Governor RN Ravi on Sunday conveyed Holi greetings to the people of Nagaland. Ravi, in his message, urged the people to unite, forget their differences, and to love and respect one another.

“Holi festival with its vibrant colours accentuates positivity and the triumph of good over evil. Let us keep in mind the fundamental purpose of the Holi festival,” it read.

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio also conveyed Holi greetings to all celebrating the festival in the state. Rio expressed hope that the festival of colours would bring joy and goodwill among all sections of people and that ‘we would be always victorious over evil.’

He further urged everyone to follow Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and prescribed guidelines and SOPs.
