Nagaland Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi’s speech at Pranabananda Women’s College, Dimapur

Governor of Nagaland Prof. Jagdish Mukhi said during the annual function-cum-31st fresher’s social of Pranabananda Women’s College, Dimapur on September 28 that ‘education is the key to unlock the golden doors of development and an educated empowered woman is a powerful tool to ensure increased participation in the progress and development of the nation’. During the event, Governor Acharya’s Award was awarded to K. Neha Chanu (Commerce) for excellence in academics; Sushmita Deb for social responsibility; andSharmila Sharma (Arts) for extra-curricular activities. The governor, who was the chief guest of the event, also the college magazine “Pranab Vision”.
