Nagaland government begins disbursing scholarship to students

Dimapur, Dec. 9 (EMN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) and Eastern Nagaland College Students’ Union (ENCSU) have acknowledged the government of Nagaland and Higher Education department for fulfilling the assurance to disburse scholarship to students.

The student bodies had informed on December 4 that the directorate of Higher Education had assured to disburse the second and final installment of post-matric scholarship ST for the year 2019-2020 by December 11.

In a press release, the student bodies stated that that the department of Higher Education has informed about the disbursement of scholarship and the beneficiary list has been uploaded on the directorate’s official website.

‘As per the notification, students whose names are in the beneficiary list but failed to receive their scholarship by December 17, 2020 may email their details along with the serial number in the beneficiary list to query.hescholarship@gmail.com,’ the update informed.
