DIMAPUR — Deputy Chief Minister of Nagaland, Y Patton, met the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Lalduhoma, on Monday in Aizawl and discussed several issues of mutual interest between the two states.
According to an update received here, Patton, during the visit, also had a meeting with BJP Mizoram state president Vanlalhmuaka and other office bearers, during which he thanked them for the party’s efforts during the recent elections.
He stated that the BJP will continue to work hard as an effective voice highlighting development issues in Mizoram under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
Patton also met with the newly elected BJP MLAs from Saiha and Palak constituencies, Dr. K Beichhua and K Hrahmo, and wished them well while expressing confidence that they would serve their constituents well and contribute to the progress of the state.
