Nagaland DES delegation visits counterpart in Kerala

DIMAPUR — An 11-member delegation from the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (DES), Government of Nagaland, visited the DES, Government of Kerala, in Thiruvananthapuram for an exposure trip from January 15 to 17.

The team was led by Mohammed Ali Shihab, secretary to the Government of Nagaland, and Neidilhou Angami, director of DES Nagaland, according to an update.

The key objective of the tour was to get familiar with the statistical systems and best practices of Kerala, which is regarded as one of the best in India.
