Nagaland Cricket Association announces squad for Vijay Merchant Trophy 2023-24

DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has announced the state’s Boy’s U-16 squad and support staff for the Vijay Merchant Trophy 2023-24 (Plate Group), which will be held in December.

All matches of the Plate Group will be played at Cuttack in Odisha, informed an update from NCA.

Nagaland’s U-16 (Boys) squad for Vijay Merchant Trophy 2023-24: Shyerinlo Thong (Captain), Aloto Sumi (Vice Captain): Salangdangba Longkumer, Medempok Pongen, Yangselong; Solomon Ahungshi, Mharenthung Z Lotha, Sungjemmongba, Yashimeren Jamir, Vizoletuo Zhale, Akash Augrahari, Amit Marak, Olemjung Ozukum, Tachuye Trakha, Bendangsangba Aier, Monesor Basumatary, and Dipanshu Sah.

Support staff: Talikaba- Team Manager; Nehal Ahmed- Head Coach; Hayithung- S&C Coach; Duvo Ruho- Physio.

Dec. 1st – 3rd 2023: Nagaland vs Arunachal

Dec. 6th – 8th 2023: Nagaland vs Meghalaya

Dec. 11th – 13th 2023: Nagaland vs Manipur

Dec. 16th – 18th 2023: Nagaland vs Sikkim

Dec. 21st – 23rd 2023: Nagaland vs Mizoram
