Kohima, Aug. 3 (EMN): Nagaland has administered a total of 17, 05,278 COVID-19 vaccine doses, crossing its target mark of 15, 63,390, as on August 2, according to the department of Health and Family Welfare.
The fragmentation of those vaccinated showed that 16,019 Health Care Workers (HCWs) received the first dose, 13,621 received the second dose, and 4687 precautionary doses; while 61,128 Frontline Workers (FLW) have been administered the first dose, 49,167 with the second dose, and 28037 received precautionary doses.
Under the category of 45 years and above, 2,22,088 were administered with first doses, 1,94,410 second doses, while 8559 received the precautionary dose, the data showed.
From 18 to 44 years, 5, 26,264 persons have received the first dose, 4, 15,111 persons received the second dose, and 589 persons acquired precautionary dose.
For the age group of 15 to 17, as many as 71,583 persons were administered with the first dose of Covaxin and 46,064 persons received the second dose. As for the age group of 12 -14 years, 23,836 children have received the first dose of CorBEvax and 16,962 have been vaccinated with the second dose.
