Nagaland Covid-19 update: Tally rises to 5214 as 131 new cases detected

Dimapur, Sep. 14 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 131 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, taking the state’s tally to 5214.

This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.

“131 new cases of Covid-19 have been detected out of 459 sample received. 70 in Kohima, 60 in Dimapur and 1 in Mon. Also, state reports 14 recoveries of Covid-19 patients. 9 in Kiphire, 4 in Dimapur and 1 in Mon,” the minister tweeted.

According to information provided by the Health department till the time of filing this report, the state has recorded 1289 active Covid-19 cases, 3897 recoveries and eight deaths.
