Dimapur, May 20 (EMN): A total of 985 Covid-19 suspected samples have been sent for testing from Nagaland so far; out of which 952 samples have returned negative and results of 33 are awaited, according to an official update.
Home Commissioner Abhijit Sinha informed on Wednesday that 27 samples have been tested by Truenat machines and all are negative. A total 3904 persons were screened in the state on Wednesday and 1008 persons are currently under facility quarantine.
“Till date 10,853 citizens have signed up in the nCOVID-19 Nagaland – Visitors App and 503 health workers are assigned to help iOS users and feature phone users register in the nCOVID-19 App,” Sinha stated.
“In the past 14 days, 1365 persons have submitted their travel self-declaration and currently 1077 persons are being digitally monitored through the nCOVID-19 Nagaland – Visitors App,” he added.
