Nagaland Covid-19 update: 94 new cases detected; tally rises to 11602

Dimapur, Dec. 10 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 94 new Covid-19 positive cases on Thursday, taking the state’s tally to 11,602.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘94 positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today (Thursday): Kohima-67, Dimapur-22, Kiphire-3, and one each in Wokha and Peren. Also, 18 positive patients have recovered: Kohima-11 and Dimapur-7,’ tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department, Nagaland currently has 663 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 621 are asymptomatic, 28 mild, seven moderate on oxygen, one severe on oxygen and six critical in ICU.
The state has also recorded 10,746 recoveries and 68 deaths, out which seven have been ruled ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of active Covid-19 cases, Kohima leads with 385 cases, followed by Dimapur-185, Tuensang-42, Mon-24, Peren-9, seven each in Wokha and Kiphire, and two each in Mokokchung and Zunheboto, while Phek and Longleng have zero cases.
