Nagaland Covid-19 update: 59 new cases detected

Dimapur, Sep. 20 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 59 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, taking the state’s tally to 5451.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
“Out of 562 results received, 59 positive cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed. Also, state reports (sic) 78 recoveries of Covid-19 patients. 68 from Dimapur, 7 from Kohima, 2 from Mon and 1 from Tuensang,” tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department till the time of filing this report, the state has active 1289 Covid-19 cases, 4228 recoveries and ten deaths.
In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Dimapur leads with 724, followed by Kohima-400, Mokokchung-17, Mon–16, Zunheboto-5, Peren-4, Tuensang-2, Kiphire-2, Wokha-1, while Phek and Longleng have zero cases so far.
