Nagaland Covid-19 update: 39 fresh cases detected

Dimapur, Dec. 6 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 39 new Covid-19 positive cases on Sunday, taking the state’s tally to 11,379.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘39 positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today: Kohima-28, Dimapur-5, Wokha and Tuensang two each. Also, four positive patients have recovered; Kohima-3 and Zunheboto-1,’ tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department, Nagaland has 544 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 484 are asymptomatic, 39 mild, 14 moderate on oxygen, one severe on oxygen and six critical in ICU.
The state has also recorded 10,653 recoveries and 66 deaths, out which seven are ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima leads with 311 cases, followed by, Dimapur-148, Tuensang-31, Mon-24, Peren-20, Wokha-4, Kiphire-3, Mokokchung-2, and while Phek Zunheboto and Longleng have zero cases so far.
