Nagaland Covid-19 update: 37 new cases take state’s tally to 9615

Dimapur, Nov. 12 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 37 new Covid-19 positive cases on Thursday, taking the state’s tally to 9,615.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘37 positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today (Thursday); Kohima-26, Dimapur-9, Mon and Tuensang one each. Also, 88 positive patients have recovered; Dimapur-46, Kohima-38, Mon-3 and Phek-1,’ tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department, Nagaland currently has 786 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 733 are asymptomatic, 28 mild, 11 moderate on oxygen, 10 severe on oxygen and four critical cases in ICU.
The state has also recorded 8683 recoveries and 50 deaths, out which six are ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of active Covid-19 cases, Dimapur leads with 481 cases, followed by Kohima-200, Mon-85, Peren-8, Mokokchung-7, Tuensang-4, and Zunheboto-1, while Kiphire, Phek, Wokha and Longleng have zero cases so far.
