Dimapur, Jan. 18 (EMN): Nagaland registered three new Covid-19 cases on Monday, taking the state’s tally to 12061, according an update from the minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘Three positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today (Monday); Dimapur-2 and Mokokchung-1. Also, four positive patients have recovered; Kohima -2, and one each in Dimapur and Peren,’ tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department, Nagaland has 115 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 98 are asymptomatic, six mild, five moderate on oxygen, five severe on oxygen and one on Critical-ICU.
The state has also recorded 11,717 recoveries so far and 88 deaths, out of which 10 are ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima leads with 54 cases, followed by Dimapur-48, Mokokchung-11, and one each in Peren and Mon while Kiphire, Longleng ,Tuensang, Wokha, Phek and Zunheboto have zero cases.
