Nagaland college students serve ultimatum over non-disbursement of merit scholarship

Dimapur, May 4 (EMN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has served a 14-day ultimatum to the state government over non-disbursement of State Merit Scholarship (Post-Matric) 2021.

In a letter addressed to the director of Higher Education, the union expressed its anguish over the delay in the disbursement of scholarship to the students, yet again,

The ANCSU asked the government to disburse the State Merit Scholarship 2021 within 14 days, starting from May 4, failing which it said would “resort to any befitting democratic protest”.
