Nagaland CM Rio condoles demise of MLA Keoshu’s mother, son of former Chief Secretary
DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has expressed sadness over the sudden demise of Kiutangla, mother of S Keoshu Yimchunger, Advisor for Youth Resources and Sports, who passed away on September 13 in Sangphur village, under Shamator district.
The chief minister, in a condolence message termed, late Kiutangla as a faithful and devoted mother, blessed with five sons and three daughters.
“Even though she has left us for her heavenly abode, God has indeed blessed her with a long and fruitful life enriched with many wonderful memories.
She was a committed person who gave her best towards society. The success and contribution of her children and grandchildren are a testimony to her sacrifices and her positive role in their upbringing,” the message read.
In a separate condolence message, Rio also expressed shock and grief over the untimely demise of Rakshit Pandey, son of former Nagaland Chief Secretary RS Pandey, who passed away in the United States.
“Rakshit’s passing at the young age of 44 is a profound loss. He was a bright and promising individual who had so much ahead of him,” Rio said.
