Nagaland Chief Minister extends Hunapongpi greetings to Sangtam community

Dimapur, Aug. 17 (EMN): Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has extended greetings to the Sangtam community on the occasion of Hunapongpi festival.

“Happy Hunapongpi to the Sangtam community. May the festival, which is celebrated especially for children, strengthen bonds and bring blessings of happiness and prosperity in everyone’s life,” Rio tweeted.

Celebrated in the second week of August every year, Hunapongpi is observed especially for children, providing them a platform to learn and preserve the beautiful culture of the community.
