S. Pangnyu Phom with Union Minister Shripad Yesso Naik[/caption]
Dimapur, Sep. 2 (EMN): The government of India has agreed to sanction AYUSH hospitals for all the districts of Nagaland in a phased manner.
According to a press release from the PRO of Nagaland House New Delhi, Union Minister of State Independent charge for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) Shripad Yesso Naik gave this commitment to S Pangnyu Phom, Nagaland’s Minister for Health and Family Welfare when they met in Delhi recently.
Naik also said that he will come for the inauguration of AYUSH hospital in Tuensang district, it stated.
Phom had submitted a proposal for establishing AYUSH hospitals in all the district of Nagaland, and a separate department for AYUSH in the state, it informed.
