DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has announced that it will declare the provisional results of the HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2025 on Friday.
The High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam 2025 was conducted by the Nagaland Board from February 12 to the 24th, which the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) exam was held from February 11 to March 7.
Results Declaration Date and Time
The NBSE has informed through a notification that the provisional results of the HSLC and HSSLC exams would be declared on Friday.
Date: April 25, 2025
Time: Afternoon (most likely at 12:00 pm)
Where to Check Result
The HSLC and HSSLC results will be made available in printed form, via online and mobile app. The hard copy of the provisional Result Gazettes will be issued to all the registered institutions of the Nagaland Board along with the marksheets/pass certificates.
Soft copy will also be made available in Nagaland Board's official portal (www.nbsenl.edu.in).

Students, who want to pursue higher studies from outside the state, can download Migration Certificate from NBSE portal https://nbsenl.edu.in/
Distribution of Documents
The Nagaland Board has also informed that it would issue the documents to the Centre Superintendents only from May 2 to the 6th May 2025, and that the official can collect it and distribute to the schools under his/her centre.
“In case, a Centre Superintendent cannot come, he/she can authorise another Centre Superintendent who is coming to collect the documents on his/her behalf,” read the notice. “
All Centre Superintendents are requested to note the dates and collect the documents accordingly.”
It may be mentioned that a total of 23,267 students, including 957 compartmental candidates, were eligible to appear for the HSLC exam 2025, and 17,194 candidates (including 546 compartmental) for HSSLC exam.
