Nagaland BJP distributes essential commodities in Kohima

Kohima, Sep. 20 (EMN): The Scheduled Tribe (ST) wing of the Nagaland Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organised a distribution programme of essential commodities at Keziekie colony and Kitsubozou (Chotobosti) colony in Kohima on September 20.
An update from the state BJP ST morcha president, Wanphong Konyak, and the general secretary Kruto Tetseo, stated that the event was organised to mark the culmination of its week-long celebration of Sewa Saptah (service week) to commemorate the 70th birth anniversary of the prime minister of India, Narendra Modi, which falls on September 17.
The update stated that a brief distribution programme was held wherein the state executive member, YP Chillio Khiam; state secretary and in-charge of Kohima Lanu Akum O; and the national executive member Thrijungliba Sangtam spoke on the occasion.
The update also stated that colony leaders and beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the state BJP unit in reaching out to the needy people in the society.
