Nagaland Assembly session abruptly called off

DIMAPUR — The Fifth Session of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly was scheduled for August 6. However, a press release issued on Wednesday by the Assembly Secretariat announced that the governor of Nagaland has revoked the summoning order issued by his office on June 3.

No explanation for the revocation was provided.
