Naga leaders attend prayer breakfast meet

Some Naga leaders are seen during the 3rd edition of kingdom leaders prayer breakfast meet on November 23.

Dimapur, Nov. 23 (EMN): The 3rd edition of the kingdom leaders prayer breakfast, an initiative of Leaders Arise Nagaland (LAN) and Father’s House Church (FHC) was held at the Sky Garden, 7th Milestone Chümoukedima, Dimapur.
The vision of the prayer breakfast was to raise the leaders’ passion and love for God, to unleash their potential to serve and lead and to network with one another and walk the journey together, stated the organisers in an update on Saturday.

The breakfast meet was attended by host of individuals and organisations from the government, legislators including Leader of the Opposition TR Zeliang; CM Chang, minister of forest and climate change; K Therie, president NPCC; Captain GK Zhimomi, NPCC general secretary; representatives from various Naga national political groups, Naga Hoho, Nagaland GBs’ Federation, Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA), Naga Women Hoho Dimapur(NWHD), Chumükedima village council, tribal hohos, Chumoukedima youth organisation, Western Chakesang Hoho (WCH), Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC), pastors and clergyman from various denominations.

The event saw performances by renowned artistes namely Nise Meruno, Nourhe Khate, Friends Male Voice and the Nagaland Conservatory of Music (NCM).

Moderated by Rev. Robert Kikon, senior pastor of Father’s House Church, the event had a sharing of journey as a Christian entrepreneur by Bambi Kevichusa.

The pre-Christmas message was delivered by Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung, founder of Leaders Arise Nagaland (LAN) and initiator of Overseas Naga Association (ONA). He shared on the topic “Wise people still come, still worship, still give and still listen.”

The event ended with a special prayer for all the Naga leaders by pastors from various denominations.
