Dimapur, Aug. 17 (EMN): A search committee of the Naga Hoho that was tasked with finding a new team to lead the organisation has submitted its report and shall be deliberating on it. The organisation issued a note on Saturday to the media informing about the development.
Following the expiry of the Naga Hoho team’s tenure for 2013-18, a search committee was set up to appoint a new one and to “reach out to the dissociated tribe hohos,” the note stated. The search committee has submitted its report to the Naga Hoho, it stated.
‘In order to deliberate over the report of search committee and finalize its way forward, a meeting is being convened at Hotel Metsuben, Mokokchung on 23rd August at 5:00 pm. Therefore, we earnestly request all the tribe hoho presidents, representatives, and interested individuals to attend the meeting,’ the organisation stated.
