Musical extravaganza ‘Ave Maria Exultate’ held in Kohima

Kohima, Oct. 27 (EMN): Observing the month of Rosary, Northern Angami Catholic Youth Association (NACYA) Cantate organised “Ave Maria Exultate,” a musical extravaganza programme at Christ King Higher Secondary School ground on October 26 evening in Kohima village.

Besides presentation of choir pieces, male voice, solo and duet by Nagaland Catholic Youth Movement and Northern Angami Catholic Youth Association, trios and quartets were presented during the programme. Musicians presented instrumental pieces while skits were presented by the youth members.

The musical night was organised to mark the ‘Month of Rosary’ to honour mother Mary with thanksgiving and gratitude for her protection and love she gives to the church in answer to the praying of the Rosary by the faithful.

The event was attended by hundreds of faithful.
