Kohima, Feb. 14 (EMN): The additional deputy commissioner of Tobu, Müdongoyi Chüzho, who passed away on Friday, was laid to rest in Kohima.
A public tribute to the deceased was held at his residence in Agri Farm colony, Kohima, which was followed with the funeral service.
During the public homage service, speeches were delivered by various legislators and administrators including DUDA advisor Bongkhao Konyak, MLA Chotisuh Sazo, state commissioner Rovilato Mor, Deputy Commissioner of Mon K Thavaseelan.
Chuzho served the state government in various capacities for several years till he breathed his last at his place of posting in Tobu. He left behind his wife and three children.
Meanwhile, the Chakhesang Public Organisation, Chakhesang Youth Front, Chakhesang Students’ Union and Chakhesang Mothers’ Association, during its coordination meeting held at Pfutsero on February 13, expressed sadness on the sudden demise of Müdongoyi Chüzho.
The organisations have described him as a young dynamic, dedicated and an able administrator who has many potentialities to contribute for the community. They lamented that his sudden passing away was a great loss to the Chakhesang community. The organisations have further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
