Dimapur, June 5 (EMN): Officers Club of Mokokchung (OCM) has felicitated Sentilong Walling, HSLC topper, and Abishek Anand, HSSLC second rank holder, both from Queen Mary Higher Secondary School.
The two meritorious students were felicitated during the monthly meeting of the Mokokchung District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) on June 5 held in the conference hall of the ADC, Mokokchung.
Apart from the felicitation programme, agenda on shortage of man power and infrastructure at Changtongya Hospital and concept note for construction of Mokokchung town ring road under economic importance schemes were discussed. The house has recommended and forwarded to the same to the concerned authority for approval.
Approval for construction of multi-disciplinary indoor station at Tuli town and registration of Teyimla Welfare Society, Sangtemla Ward, Mokokchung, were also recommended and forwarded for further action.
In the meeting ADC Mokokchung, W Manpai Phom, has appreciated to all the DPDB members, different departments and individuals for the smooth and successful conduct of the recently held Nagaland parliamentary election.
