Mokokchung detects one Covid case during random testing

Mokokchung, May 11 (EMN): The chief medical officer (CMO), Mokokchung, Dr. R Chubala Aier has confirmed one Covid-19 positive case out of the total 82 nasal swabs collected today during the random Covid-19 antigen card test.

She informed that aggressive contact tracing has been deployed after confirmation of a positive case detected during the random Covid-19 antigen card test. The test was conducted around the main town on Tuesday.

Source disclosed that a salesman was detected positive during the random test.

Dr. Aier further informed that the ongoing random Covid-19 testing would be continued as scheduled.
