Modern College observes National Education Day

Dimapur, Nov. 9 (EMN): Modern College on Friday observed the National Education Day in its college premises. The Programme was organized by the research committee of the college, Speakers of the programme, Dr. Vitsou Yano and Dr. Kholia spoke on the significance of the day.
They said the day is being observed on Nov. 11, the birth anniversary Maaulana Abdul Kalam Azad who was the first Education minister of India.
An essay writing competition on the topic “True education,” which is the motto of the college, Kohima was conducted.
