Modern College launches appraisal brochure

Dimapur, June 15 (EMN): Modern College launched a new brochure for its new programme, B.Voc on successful completion of 1 year. The book named, “Appraisal Brochure” has a complete detail of the activities of the 1st Batch students. The College is one of the first colleges in Nagaland to introduce a degree programme in Bachelor of Vocation in Retail Management & IT, approved by UGC, New Delhi. The course helps students to develop Skills, prepare them for the industry and enhance employability of graduates. The programme is 40% theoretical and 60% practical based, which is the positive side compared to the traditional programmes. The course is flexible and has multiple exit and entry levels. The students are expected to perform various job roles in the programme such as sales associate, team leader, department manager, and store manager within 3 years and entrepreneurship in future. The first batch of the college will finish its 3 months internship programme with Food World and Health & Glow, Bangalore in July.
