Dimapur, Jan. 14 (EMN): Advisor of IT, Science and Technology and NRE, Mmhonlumo Kikon has called upon the Covid-19 warriors and frontline workers to shed their sense of doubt and fear and avail the opportunity for Covid-19 vaccination stating that Covishield vaccination is made available to the citizens after completing all the necessary clinical trials and steps for all round safety.

Speaking at the inauguration of the newly constructed village gate, which was funded under LADF 2019-3020 at Bhandari village on January 14, Kikon lauded the Covid-19 warriors and frontline workers led by the civil administration, who have worked closely with the medical, police and other departments under his constituency. He stated that their selfless service had earned recognition as the most efficient sub-division in Covid-19 prevention and management for public health safety, a DIPR report stated.

Appreciating the village for judiciously utilising the allotted fund in the constructing the landmark structure, he hoped that many developmental activities would come to the village in the days ahead.

Rev. Mhonimo Kikon said the invocation prayer.
