Dimapur, Jan. 22 (EMN): Nagaland’s minister for Public Works department, Tongpang Ozukum has been given an award, the ‘Aadarsh Yuva Vidhayak Puraskar’ (‘youth legislator award’), conferred by the Indian Student Parliament, during its 9th convention that was conducted on January 20, at the MIT-World Peace University Campus, in Pune.
A note from the minister’s establishment on Tuesday informed about the award. The convention is an annual event where students from different universities and youth leaders from across the country and abroad participate, the note stated.

The convention is being supported by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Ministry of Higher & Technical Education, and the Sports & Youth Welfare of the government of Maharashtra, the note added.
